Flexible work arrangements

  • Flex time – Working a regular work schedule, but varying the start and end times of the workday.
  • Compressed workweeks – Working longer hours on some days so that another day, or portion of a day, can be taken as time off during the workweek or work period. 
  • Part-time employment – An option to work up to and including 32 hours per week.
  • Job sharing – A part-time arrangement between two people who voluntarily agree to share one full-time position. Each partner can work partial days, a portion of the week, or every other week.
  • Telecommuting – Working away from a designated Unisys office, either at home or at a remote location

Casual dress

Unisys Canada has adopted a business casual dress code.


Health services

CPR, first-aid classes, and flu vaccinations are some examples of programs/services available at various Unisys sites.

Employee discounts

We offer discounts to items such as cellular phone contracts and computer equipment.
